MEETROPOLY will start to look into the phenomenon of gamification more closely by analyzing practical and theorectical studies, conducting interviews with leading game experts, reviewing recent publications, and by following the discussions on the web. MEETROPOLY aims to answer the question where gamified features can help to retain customers and create loyal behavior by simply making the products more fun. Therefore, we aim to detect key elements that are useful for the development of gamified applications.
